Assam e-Niyog is a Private Employment Exchange and a future Single Window Gateway for manpower and Human Resources solutions in the North Eastern part of India.This has been initiated by Government of Assam. This is a platform for JOB SEEKERS as well as for RECRUITERS.It aims to maximise the chances of a job seeker to secure a good job in the Private Sector unit by enabling his or her enrolment in the portal.At the same time a recruiter gets more than 5 lacs candidates’ profile at the tip of his fingers, which in turn makes the recruiter to recruit according to their need and requirment.Assam e-Niyog helps in preparing industry-ready people for future investors in Assam and the North East.It seeks to identify the skill-gap of the candidates and suggest and provide skill program to make them industry ready human resources.
